I had such a great Brazilian wax! Sabrina was so gentle, never rushed, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. Everything was very clean and professional. Been going to Joe since I was a kid. No frills, old school barber. $25 plus tip. Don’t try and tell him what guard to use on the trimmers. Unless you want an education in Barber school

These barbers are the best you could find in the tri state area. They treat you with the utmost respect and care. The business is warm and inviting. Ask for Ivan, he truly is one of the best. I’ve never had a bad haircut from this place, you’ll leave feeling fresh and ready for whatever. I recommend this shop for beard trimming, signature styles, or if your hairline is thinning or receding, let them work their magic, you won’t regret it.

Usually really great. I think there was only one time I had a bit so great experience, and that was due to a nail tech grinding through my actual nail. But other than that one incident it's been great every time. ❤ I love bringing my kids here to get their nails colored. They have lots of options and are pretty well priced considering this town can be expensive. 🙂

I have been coming to these women since they first opened doors here in Groton. I was a customer of theirs from when they were a part of the Crystal Mall in Waterford, so I’ve been a customer for about 15 years! They are the only women that do my brows. They know exactly how I like them, and I am extremely picky. They take their time with me which really makes me happy, ensuring they grab every last hair. AND my brows always last a good 3 weeks, for $12! Can’t beat that! Will always recommend.

Best part about the spa day was the massage with Buttons. She was wonderful.
Disappointed there was no hot tub and the red light sauna was very small- only 2 or 3 people can fit shoulder to shoulder. Pool was not very warm for being heated.
Incredible and efficient nail salon! They were able to accommodate three walk in French tip manicures and acrylic set. They looked flawless. Also incredible nice. 10/10 recommend.

Was on my bachelorette trip and we decided to get last minute tattoos. They were so quick to fit us in, funny and caring, and just great people who love what they do! They did small tattoos on all 8 of us, and we are so happy we found this place! Highly recommend!

I got 7 ear piercings at once with Liz and she was just awesome. I had a bad experience with a nail gun as a teenager and was a little nervous coming in but she made me so comfortable and was so understanding. She was quick, explained after care and everything was clean and she was really so nice. I will definitely come back for more. I highly recommend booking with her!

We had the ICOR crew around for many weeks this winter while they dodged snowstorms and icy weather to repair our foundation and replace the 1980’s-era deck that was funneling water into it (the foundation). They were all great to have on site, and I would have any or all of them back at any time. Kenny was super patient through the design process, and steered our choices in great directions, while also accommodating our must-haves. The initial quote was much lower than the competitors, and turned out to be spot on even with several decisions made as we went - Kenny was always on top of balancing the upgrades with trade-offs if needed. At one point we needed to make a pretty big change to the location of the privacy wall, and the crew just dug in and made it happen (still sorry, guys!).
There were technical elements to the repairs and moisture management, and Kenny and Steve showed their professionalism in the explanations and guidance offered. The crew was similarly utterly fantastic about going back into the (formerly gross) crawl space to do all the needed work. The worst corner of the house is now immaculate.
All of this without saying the most important thing. Our new deck is GORGEOUS. It is absolutely nothing like what I would have chosen without the ICOR team’s expertise but 4 months in, I love every single element. The detail and craftsmanship is beautiful. I love it night and day, thanks to the beautiful deck surface, railings, and even the gates (pool code!), and especially the LIGHTS.
