I almost don't want to tell you about them, as we already know how booked they get and how long of a wait there will be when we are ready to do our next project.I have no negatives. Were careful with personal items that had to be removed (and then rehung) It started to feel like they were part of the family. Talking about weekend plans, gardening and spending time with Gpa P in the rockers. They would stop and watch (enjoy) the turkey's at lunch time. They gave me joy when I found out they were enjoying blackberries from the gardens.Owner and his wife also were very attentive to Pops when I wasn't around. “These are great windows . Probably over priced . But great windows that do what they actually say . Still have to put plastic oblver them to keep out winter and make it even better but they are a huge step up from our old windows . It was like putting sun glasses on our condo . Keeps warm in and cool in . Regardless of whats going on outside if i shine digital thrm on glass it says what my thermostat is set at . Iglf i set it for 68 . Inside glass says 68 . They come out to service asap . Had to wait a while for door lock to be fixed on slider but we keep stick in anyway so its just extra . But they fix it if something goes wrong . Chuck was a great mechanic . Super friendly and knowledgable about the product he installs“
