WindowRama is a recommended choice for window and door needs. Their front door and garage window installations are satisfying, with follow-up service for adjustments. The staff is excellent and extremely nice, providing great assistance during delivery pick-ups.
I received a call from VP, Michael Hoitt, who told me they would get the issue corrected and they did. Apparently the ProVia Company does make the color I requested and Michael had it shipped to them after I found out it was available. The New Wave technicians came out today for installation and both myself and my husband are very pleased. I want to apologize to Salesman Mark H for saying he didn't know what he was doing because apparently he absolutely did know what he was doing and a month later I did get what he had ordered for me. I don't know about you, but I need GUIDANCE when selecting new windows and doors. Both Justin and Lars have been most helpful. They know their products well, and are direct in their answers. We haven't seen people who know their business as well as these guys do in a long time. Thank you Lars! Thank you Justin!
