Windows Installation near Orange

“I received a call from VP, Michael Hoitt, who told me they would get the issue corrected and they did. Apparently the ProVia Company does make the color I requested and Michael had it shipped to them after I found out it was available. The New Wave technicians came out today for installation and both myself and my husband are very pleased. I want to apologize to Salesman Mark H for saying he didn't know what he was doing because apparently he absolutely did know what he was doing and a month later I did get what he had ordered for me. I am very sorry Mark. This next statement goes without saying.....had Jason, the Project Manager, done the job I'm sure they pay him to do, he should have known what their vendors offer rather than insist, without checking, that they did not offer it. In addition, he literally screamed at me I should like the wrong color since my windows were framed in that color. I screamed back he had no business determining what color I should like, only what color I ordered. Jason needs to go above and beyond for the needs of Windowrama's customers. If that is not his job, then he shouldn't involve himself in it. This would be five stars if not for him.

*Initial review.....went to Windowrama in Orange for windows and a new front entry door They had a salesman named Mark come to my house. Very personable, seemed to know what he was doing. Showed us what our door would look like on our house via the computer. Picked everything out, color of door and same color for frame as Mark showed us how nice it would look. About a week later, the project manager, Jason, came out. He found a mistake on the order form, the size of a window. He spoke with Mark, I found other mistakes namely the color of the hardware which was very important. Also, reminded Mark to make sure the hinges were bronze, I have an email on that. Of course I received black. Then the installers, best ever, meticulous, perfection, knowledgeable, New Wave Construction. They were great. Unfortunately, when I mentioned the door being framed in bronze siding, they were only given white. Called Jason again who said they cannot get a dark bronze or bronze siding color for outside framing so he changed it when he saw it but I was never told.“

“Alex was such a pleasure to work with and I’d recommend him wholeheartedly! His work crew replaced my 30 year old roof in one day. He had a large crew, who was meticulous with the old shingles etc and the dumpster was promptly removed. If you didn’t spot the new roof, you’d never know they were there. No nails in my yard or driveway and I am so happy that I don’t need to worry about my roof, this winter or moving forward. And he was so understanding as I had to wait for my refinance to go through, in order to have the funds to pay. I will be using him again for my future home projects. “Paul and his team were stellar in replacing our roof in 2024! Very skilled, efficient, and effective. The day they finished a thunderstorm hit and we were protected!! Secondly, just a few months ago, a gutter down spout came down and Paul acted quickly to get it back up even ordered a part we didn’t even know we needed! This was 2 years after he had roofed our home. He didn’t have to help us but he stepped right up anyway, without hestation. Didn’t refer us to someone else, just acted!!
