“More than 20 years ago, I outfitted my house with windows from LA Barnaby. They are doing just fine. Recently, I called because of an issue with some of the latches that lock the window. Barnaby came out and fixed them… Basically they hadn’t been closed properly, so there was no issue. In any regards, they were courteous, professional, and help me feel better about the window. I have recommended them to more than one person and I trust them.”
“I was researching CertainTeed Cedar Impressions while planning a major home renovation with my builder. The CertainTeed website referred me to White Home Products, and Dan White contacted me almost immediately.
As a first-time renovator, I had questions. I was upfront with Dan that our builder would likely perform the installation, so there was a good chance White Home Products would not make a sale. Despite that, Dan generously spent time with me, answered my questions, and provided thoughtful, unbiased advice on siding options and materials.
It's easy to be helpful when a sale is likely. What impressed me was that Dan was just as helpful when he knew there probably wasn't one. His professionalism and willingness to share his expertise made a big difference in helping me make informed decisions.
I would not hesitate to recommend Dan and White Home Products to anyone considering exterior renovation products. Great knowledgeable advice.”
