“Heather is a great groomer! She grooms our 3 golden doodles. She finishes them quickly and has been very easy to come to her since she understands doodles and how their fur can get matted. Heather has made it a non stressful experience for my wife and I since coming to her as well for our pets and she’s easy to talk with too! She loves our pets and they love hanging on her couch and not in a crate or being around other dogs. She’s also helped my wife get business as a pet sitter too!! Recommend her highly!“

Dr Weill formulated a regimen of medications and diet for my dog , and followed her progress closely, with guidance along the way. I am so grateful for his expertise, meticulous treatment plan, and concern. Winnie is back to normal!“
“Lobby is beautiful, it’s a very nice place! The doctor was attentive and listened to all my comments and concerns for my pup. She was very knowledgeable. The tech was extremely kind and you can tell she loved the doggy attention. Love the staff! Just for an appointment it is almost $100 ($96) it’s outrageous. It really makes a difference to the bill. Pet health is just so expensive that I understand why one can barely afford just to bring their pet in. I mentioned a smell on my girl and the doctor checked her glands. I didn’t know they charged that much to express glands which is $40.95!!! Had I known it would be that much, I would have said forget it! The groomers can do the expressing for $5. They should really let owners know about that pricing before they go ahead and perform it on their own. Im glad they didn’t charge for all the treats that were given to my girl. Other than the crazy prices, the place is nice..“

The staff is super friendly and I know when Lincoln is there that he’s safe and having a great time. “Have been coming here for a year. I’ve tried a few places in New Haven, and Wash & Wag has been consistently the best. Always a good experience. Will care for nervous dogs as well. Price is the normal cost as I’ve paid in other places around Connecticut (fairly priced).Drop off 9 am, and then they’ll call you to pickup anywhere between 11:30-2 pm. They tend to book a few weeks out.“
