Our puppy, Kobe, has always had a great experience with Justin, Kim and their staff. They always provide top-notch service! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive to both the dogs and their owners. The grooming itself is wonderful - Kobe always comes out looking and smelling fantastic. “Great staff and service. My two fur babies absolutely love coming here. Their days are filled with so much fun and activities. They have an indoor and outdoor space which was a game changer for me. It helped tremendously when it came to reinforcing potty training at home. The activities they have throughout the month are top notch. I have access to the camera to check in on my babies throughout the day if I wanted to. They come home exhausted, almost like they had a busier day than I did at work :) I feel so safe leaving my babies here. I would recommend this place to anyone.“
“Dr Weill cared for my 2 year old sheepadoodle, Winnie, after she appeared to have a sudden choking, or airway problem at home. Dr Weill formulated a regimen of medications and diet for my dog , and followed her progress closely, with guidance along the way. I am so grateful for his expertise, meticulous treatment plan, and concern. Winnie is back to normal!“

“Have been coming here for a year. I’ve tried a few places in New Haven, and Wash & Wag has been consistently the best. Always a good experience. Will care for nervous dogs as well. Price is the normal cost as I’ve paid in other places around Connecticut (fairly priced).Drop off 9 am, and then they’ll call you to pickup anywhere between 11:30-2 pm. They tend to book a few weeks out.“
