In 2024, my home sustained damage from a wind and hail storm. My neighbors, who also sustained damages, had their roof replaced and highly recommended Kramer Restoration. After contacting them, they responded immediately.
Not only did I find them to be knowledgeable and honest, but Gary’s experience in handling insurance claims helped guide me through an extremely stressful ordeal with my insurance company. With persistence and expertise, I was able to get my roof fully covered and replaced.

Gary and Kate are amazing! Very thoughtful and thorough. It’s scary dealing with a roofing emergency. They are responsive and quickly cleared my roof from dangerous ice and heavy snow. Very trustworthy and upfront. I would highly recommend them. I cannot say enough nice things. They’ve made such a stressful situation palatable. We can’t thank them enough! If you have a roof problem, call them. I’ve already recommended them to my own mother.
Katie came out on the same day that I contacted her, which was just after a historic colt snap that Has caused problems all over the state. She was professional and incredibly helpful and explaining the ice dam that appeared on our roof, causing leaks. We agreed upon a price to remove the snow and she scheduled an appointment for the very next day. When a personal issue forced me to cancel, she refunded my money on the spot with no questions asked. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
