I live out of state and needed to work with people who were professional and took ownership of the entire problem.I spoke with Denise and she was very informative and helpful. I drove down and met the crew to let them into the house. The young man running the crew was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I left them there feeling pretty good after just a few minutes.Over the next few days I got updates from my mom as they came in a couple of days to check how things were progressing and after about a week they cleared their stuff out and reset the carpet. All was good.The job was 100% turn key, requiring zero involvement. Yes it cost money. But they did what they said they were going to do for about what they estimated it would cost.
