Bertin is highly recommended.I had great experience with him.When I was looking for inspection companies Bertin was the only one who answer all my questions immediately without asking me to wait for a call back, it's definitely a big plus when dealing with the actual person who preforming the inspection.At the day of the inspection Bertin gave me a thorough explanation on everything which left me with no questions.Day after I received the report which was very easy to understand and had professionals references for each problem which make it smoother to deal with.Bertin was always very responsive and professional and made me feel confident with the purchase.

Excellent inspector. Every detail was inspected. The report was very through with pictures and explained everything in easy to read language. He explained everything he was doing to me during the inspection. He was respectful of property. I highly recommend Bert!

Bertin was excellent. He let me walk with him as he was doing the inspection and explained everything and results in thorough detail. Rested all my concerns with the house as a first time home buyer. Takes a ton of pictures and has a large report sent after the fact so you can refer to it.
