Jim is a great inspector. He is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He looks at everything, climbs on the roof, tests everything, goes into the basement and attic and around the whole house. He spent about 3 hours on a small house and I received the report the next day, even on the weekend. He includes videos and pictures and is quick to respond to any questions. He gave me quite a few negotiating points with the sellers and I ended up getting some credits and repairs. I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again if I were to buy another house.

We had Jim from JRV do a home inspection, Level2 water testing , and Radon testing. He was absolutely excellent in the way he took his time with explaining and educating us on potential issues and gave us recommendations for improvements. the Home inspection also included bringing a pest prevention expert to check for any issues and provide his own recommendations. The inspection was very thorough with the report accompanied with photos and videos. An excellent service at a very competitive price that is absolutely worth it for the confidence and peace of mind needed when buying a house. Will definitely be recommending him to everyone and using JRV in the future.
