My fiance and I had an excellent experience with Octavio in Plainville, CT. He was booked through our real estate agent and we were very pleased with the whole experience. Not only was he timely and extremely professional, but his walk through and report were very thorough -- from the major things to the minor fixes. He offered suggestions for all of the repairs needed and he constantly checked in to see if we had any questions. The online portal was easy to navigate for signing documents and payment. Our report was ready within a few hours after paying. I would recommend Octavio and Grizzly to anyone looking for a home inspection. There was no stone left unturned.
Moving from NY to Ct. is stressful enough. Octavio came highly recommended. From the start he was professional and made us feel at ease explaining everything that he saw, making sure we understood the good and the bad. To put it simply, it was a home inspection on steroids. The technology, the pictures, the reports and everything that was done were second to none. That said, I highly recommend Grizzly Home Inspections. Thanks!!

The inspection was thorough, and he pointed out both major and minor issues while also providing helpful maintenance tips for the future. I never felt rushed, and he answered all of my questions with patience and expertise.
His detailed report was clear, informative, and delivered promptly. I left the inspection feeling much more confident about my home purchase. I highly recommend his company to anyone looking for a trustworthy, thorough, and informative home inspector.
