“Smartstart Pediatrics is a wonderful clinic. As a healthcare provider myself, I am so impressed with the practice.I am a new mom and know nothing about children. I have a lot of questions, and call the office frequently for advice. The phone is always answered by a PERSON, not a machine with some crazy menu to navigate. Questions about everything from hiccups to rashes have been answered with compassion. Knowing sound advice is just a phone call away gives me the confidence I need to take care of my daughter at home. I can't (and shouldn't) trust Google with everything!Our well visits have been detail-oriented and informative. Appointments are never rushed. The environment feels very safe in the midst of the pandemic. Everyone I've encountered is informed and caring. I know that we are in such good hands at Smartstart, and highly recommend them!“

“I have been a patient at this practice for several years. My primary physician and his colleagues are good listeners who engage the patient in deciding on a treatment plan. I appreciate leaving with a plan B in case our first approach doesn't work, and a list of symptoms that mean to call the office right away.
