I just got my first appointment at Glastonbury location and this place is awful. Go somewhere else if you can. Office is a dump and smells like a nursing home. I had to pressure the admitting person to submit for insurance so that it would count against my yearly deductible even though I was fully aware that I would be paying. They just want the money at the door and no hassle. Imaging tech was super nice but I’m not coming back.

First time at this office and it went very poorly. Got to the front desk and was told I was late and my appointment was half an hour earlier. I then showed that I had a voicemail with a reminder for the time I came in at. No apology or acknowledgement of the error. I mentioned it to the first tech and they said that happens frequently when you have a double appointment. If this is a reoccurring problem then it seems like they don't care about fixing it and are running an inefficient office. That was strike 1.Then every tech barely said anything to me. First time coming all staff to include front desk ladies were super friendly appointment super fast no waiting I’ll definitely be back and anyone that had a bad experience here probably has bad experiences everywhere they go
