Smartstart Pediatrics is a wonderful clinic. As a healthcare provider myself, I am so impressed with the practice.I am a new mom and know nothing about children. I have a lot of questions, and call the office frequently for advice. The phone is always answered by a PERSON, not a machine with some crazy menu to navigate. Questions about everything from hiccups to rashes have been answered with compassion. Knowing sound advice is just a phone call away gives me the confidence I need to take care of my daughter at home. Great experience today with APRN, Jennifer Lombardi. We have been taking all 3 kids to Dr. Lavalette since they got out of the delivery room and we continue to be very happy with responsiveness, care and professionalism.

My son has been coming here for 15 soon to be 16 years. I am just as happy with the doctor and staff today as I was 15 years ago. It’s also all the same staff so they get to know you and you get to know them. If I could give more stars I would. I am super sad it’s coming time for me to find my son a new doctor as he is outgrowing the Pediatric doctor. :(
