“My story starts with 2 bouts of Diverticulitis in 2025 which I was treated with a very strong antibiotic both times. I started having a lot of digestive issues soon after that and suspected that I had SIBO, SIFO or both. I was lucky enough get an appointment with Dr. Gonzalez who specializes in these type of things. We found that I did have SIBO but that my gut microbiome had basically been destroyed too because of the antibiotics. From my very first appointment at the beginning of February, Dr. Gonzalez made me feel at ease and that everything would be alright. This was a very difficult time for me since I knew nothing except for how I felt plus all of the symptoms that I had which were not fun at all. It's now July of 2026 and my gut health is not 100% yet BUT I am doing MUCH better than I was back then and feeling so much better and back to eating pretty much what I want for the most part. I can't thank Dr. Gonzalez enough not only for the treatment plan that she put me on but also for her compassion during the process. I twisted her ear plenty on a few of our telehealth calls and she took the time to answer all of my questions and set my mind at ease. I had used Collaborative in the past as well (Dr. Pascucci) and they are all great there. Please don't hesitate to call Collaborative if you have something going on that you need to figure out, they will help you. They did twice for me so far when my primary had no answers OR the wrong answers.“

“I have had multiple infusions at IVX health in Glastonbury. Samantha is absolutely wonderful and I wish I could give her more than five stars. She is caring, compassionate and absolutely willing to help in any way she can to get you through the process of sitting there hooked up to a machine with a needle in your arm. She always has a smile on her face and you can tell that she is genuine in the way she cares about the patients. I was very grateful to find IVX Health in Glastonbury.
I had gone for years to Starling Infusion and it was a nightmare. They were disorganized and they didn't care they had placed the IV in my hand between the bones by my knuckles where it was impinging them.and when I told them it was hurting me they were nasty and said do you want me to remove it? I said of course not when they finally removed it she had stuck it in between the bones of my knuckles and it had left a divot. I had been in pain from 8:30 until 4:30 The nurse at Starling tried to rub my hand to get the divot out of it before I could take a picture of it.. So you can imagine the relief I felt when I found IVX health in Glastonbury and was lucky enough to have such a phenomenal nurse as Samantha assigned to take care of me. Let's face it, getting an infusion isn't the way I'd like to spend my day but IVX health in Glastonbury not only makes it tolerable they make it an experience that you don't have to be fearful of being ignored or treated terribly. You go there and are respected and given top-notch care. I would highly recommend them for any of the infusions or other medical care they offer.“

“I can’t raise enough about Hartford healthcare medical primary care group. My general practitioner is absolutely tremendously wonderful she’s caring, considerate kind she listens and she’s compassionate although she knows what she’s doing completely. She’ll tell you the truth and tell you straight out you never leave the office with any questions. The nurses are wonderful, especially my general practitioners Nurse. She’s wonderful and very efficient as well. A great listener and takes down all the notes and then some the front desk. Staff is friendly and greet me and know me quite well as I’ve been going there for over a decade and a half I would never go anywhere anywhere else for my general practitioner. I highly recommend it. It is a busy office. I cannot say if they are taking new patients I do not believe that my GP is but there may be others that are I recommend calling but they are a wonderful wonderful facility. I absolutely love going to see everyone when I go for my appointments. It doesn’t make going to a doctors office that much of a bummer definitely 5+ plus plus stars.“
