There is a fair amount of paperwork for first-time patients, which the staff jokingly referred to as “homework” while I was racing to finish it before my pre-screening began. The pre-screening with the technician was smooth and efficient, and my appointment started right on time. No unnecessary waiting, which I really appreciated.

Dr. Lippi was wonderful—friendly, calm, and very thorough. She explained each step as she evaluated the health of my eyes, answered my questions clearly, and never made the exam feel rushed. She has an easygoing, approachable manner that would work especially well with kids.

One thing that stood out is that the entire staff, including the doctor, is made up of women—something I found unique and refreshing. The atmosphere felt professional but relaxed, and it is easy to see this being a great practice for families.

At the end of the visit, I was asked if I was interested in eyewear, and when I said I would decide another time, there was absolutely no pressure. Just a simple, respectful interaction. I had no hesitation scheduling my appointment for next year before leaving.
