This was my first visit to Complete Family EyeCare for my annual eye exam, and it turned out to be a genuinely positive experience. The office is easy to find, tucked into a quiet corner of a strip mall, and once inside it feels open, clean, and well organized.
The staff at the front desk was warm and welcoming. There is a fair amount of paperwork for first-time patients, which the staff jokingly referred to as “homework” while I was racing to finish it before my pre-screening began. Staff were super friendly and patient with my communication via phone and note, which I appreciate very much! Everything went efficiently, and I found a cute glasses frame that suits me. I received them in 7 business days. I am excited to see how they look after a while. They opened the door for me, and it went well! I would love to go there again if needed.
