“First time ever getting a gel nail polish. I'm a licensed hairdresser cosmetician/barber. Adam did an incredible job! He was kind personable and patient with my fidgety self. ? I've been growing out my natural nails for some time and was tired of polishing my nails and dealing with the nonsense myself and it coming off easily because I I work with my hands. I am so happy that I went into this place as an impromptu thing before an event. I'm going to be treating myself for now on in getting gel nail polished regularly which I might add has lasted almost 3 weeks and I can't even believe it ? Great job Adam! And thank you so much!

Not only that but my nails last WEEKS. I am not easy on my hands by any means and my nails last at least four weeks, without any lifts or cracks. “I went to Nails and Spa today for the first time and it was great! I booked my appointment online the night before, which was very convenient and easy to do, and when I arrived they greeted me and got me situated immediately. Everyone was so kind and friendly. I got the spa pedicure by Marina, and it was lovely. She was so attentive and thorough. The salon was clean and charming and very relaxing, Marina used brand new soft tools (nail file, buffer) and the metal instruments had clearly been sterilized. They used a liner in the footbath. My pedicure looks amazing and I didn't feel rushed at any point. Highly recommend, I’d love to visit again soon!“

“I had such a great experience here! As someone who is extremely ticklish, pedicures can sometimes feel more uncomfortable than relaxing. I really appreciated how considerate and mindful the staff were—they acknowledged my sensitivity and made sure the process wasn’t overly ticklish or uncomfortable. Unlike other places where the scrubbing feels excessive, they focused on delivering all the best parts of a pedicure without overdoing it. My sister, who is also very ticklish and has the same issue, had a great experience as well—her pedicure technician was just as mindful and accommodating. We both left with beautifully done nails and a truly enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back!“

“I’ve been to the salon twice. First, for a cut and color consult, then 2 weeks later for a color. My stylist was Ashley, and she did an amazing job. She listened to me, knew exactly what I wanted, and made me feel great! The salon is beautiful, nicely decorated, comfortable, and down to the smallest detail I was treated as one would expect at a high-end salon. Pricing was very reasonable. Ashley even had covers for my glasses so I wouldn’t stain them while I was processing. This place is absolutely lovely, and Ashley is just incredibly talented.“

“As a commercial gym owner who joined this gym for an escape and to be able to have some "me time" away from work I can say that the new owners are doing a great job. Big Mike is constantly brainstorming ways to improve the gym. They have tanning, smoothies and a huge variety of machines and cardio. Flex is definitely more of your "bodybuilder" style of gym and there's nothing wrong with that. Don't be intimidated about coming in as the other members are welcoming, kind, and are often helping one another. They're doing a great job and I'm excited to see where they take this 30+ year gym over the coming years.“
