I went to Nails and Spa today for the first time and it was great! I booked my appointment online the night before, which was very convenient and easy to do, and when I arrived they greeted me and got me situated immediately. Everyone was so kind and friendly. I got the spa pedicure by Marina, and it was lovely. She was so attentive and thorough. The salon was clean and charming and very relaxing, Marina used brand new soft tools (nail file, buffer) and the metal instruments had clearly been sterilized. They used a liner in the footbath. My pedicure looks amazing and I didn't feel rushed at any point. Highly recommend, I’d love to visit again soon!
I walked in with no appointment, trying for the first time. First thing I noticed was how clean and beautifully decorated the salon was! Was very spa feeling vs many of the chaotic nail salons in the area. They took me in right away. Owner very friendly and welcoming. Nail tech, Marina, not sure I'm spelling her name correctly, but she was very nice and did an excellent job on my nails. I highly recommend this new business to anyone in the Norwich area. Will definitely be returning for another treatment!!
This is AMAZING place , quality is superior, people nice. I absolutely, highly recommend! I had been in many manicure/pedicure places- this place so far is the most fantastic! You will love it!
