I go once every 4 weeks or so and have for years. I moved away and still it's worth the drive. I have always been treated with kindness and respect and they do there best to make everyone feel comfortable and at home. The customer service is second to none.
At the other gym I went to, I never would have worked with free weights, worked out in front of the mirror...for self conscious reasons. At Flex I am completely comfortable doing that, and everyone that I encounter is so helpful and friendly! As soon as I walked in for the first time I thought, "I love it here!" Now I love the mirror...I can watch progress!! ���
