I’m a local so I’ve been to many different nail spots in mystic and this is by far the best. The salon is pristine, good music playing, and two TVs streaming shows to keep you entertained.“

Michelle did the color, cut and blow dry of my friend and she did an outstanding job, also. The Salon is lovely, peaceful and very clean. While at the Ocean House in Watch Hill in past summers getting my hair colored and done, Becky did my hair also, as Bella Vita sends these wonderful stylists to the Salon and Spa there. The Ocean House Resort introduced me to Bella Vita Salon. The owner is friendly and Morgan the receptionist is very kind and helpful with appointments. I have gone weekly here all summer and highly recommend this excellent full-service Bella Vita Salon.“

“Lucky nails has always been one of my favorite manicure and pedicure spots in Connecticut. They are consistently kind and place is very relaxing and always extremely clean and while taking care of and if you get a pedicure, be a regular pedicure or a spa pedicure that’s more expensive they give you a back rub added on for free at the end while your toenails are drying, which is awesome. I highly recommend this salon! ❤️“

“Got a gel French manicure. My inspo pic is the one with the black glove, and my result is the one with sidewalk in the background.

The nail tech took a lot of care shaping my nails and making sure the polish started at my cuticle line. I appreciated her effort and left a good tip.

This was a 3-star experience, but she did a very careful job with painting so close to the cuticle which is why I am leaving 4 stars. The overall experience was just ok, not exceptional. Color isn’t what I asked for, the French tips aren’t perfect, there are spots/bubbles in a few nails, and one nail is noticeably more rounded from the polish application. Overall, the service felt very “no frills.” I didn't see them open up tools from autoclave packets, never had me wash my hands, and hand massage was a quick application of lotion. I usually skip the hand massage anyway so not a big deal.

I didn’t mention this at the time, but the UV light, kept making my nails unexpectedly hot and would hurt. I have never experienced that before.“

“Probably the best pedicure I've ever had! Made an appointment the day before for 2 people. We were both taken on time and seated next to each other. Both techs took their time, legs were massaged, lotioned and hot stones were applied! While toes were drying we were given a mini shoulder massage. All included in the basic pedicure! Would highly recommend.“

“I am a relatively new client of Stacey. She is exceptionally good, because she has an array of skills, and she is equally good at all of them. My hair is curly, going gray, getting very dry, and changing its texture - it's not easy to deal with. She is great at color, working with my gray coming in over my blonde. She has a great eye for spatial relations, and cuts and shapes my curls expertly to compliment my face shape. She is also analytical, and thinks about what she is going to do before she does it. Finally, she's a problem solver, and has given me practical solutions for getting more moisture to my hair and dealing with its new texture. I know it's not just my opinion, as I have received many compliments from friends and strangers alike since Stacey has been my stylist!“
