Industrial came by, quoted the job and crushed it in a few days. The floor looked so amazing that I had to Sheetrock and make the garage beautiful. Honestly the finished product is stunning!! I found WFD to be exemplary in 3 areas: 1) it was apparent that work crew was highly skilled and truly cared about the end result, 2) the crew was experienced in properly applying (and not overapplying) Bona finish products, including somewhat tricky NaturalSeal, 3) Felix stopped by the house each day to check on progress and inspect the work. I found the pricing to be very reasonable in relation to the quality of the work performed. The house was properly protected from dust and I did not observe any shortcuts being taken. I plan to hire them again for future flooring work.“

“We worked with Neal's Hardwood Flooring over 10 years ago, and our original wood floors still look amazing. So when we decided to install additional wood flooring, we knew exactly who to call.

As expected, the sales process was outstanding. The team took the time to educate us on various options, clearly outlining the pros and cons of each. They even came to our home three separate times to help us select the perfect product.

After the floors were installed, we noticed some issues—the floor creaked and felt spongey in certain areas. Neal’s responded immediately, coming out the very next day. They quickly acknowledged that something wasn’t right and took swift action to address it. Ultimately, the issue was traced back to the material itself.

That didn’t matter to Neal’s. They took full responsibility, sourced new material, removed the entire floor, and reinstalled everything from scratch—all within two weeks to minimize our inconvenience (their words, and they meant it!). There was no spin, no finger-pointing, and no talk of additional costs. Just accountability and action.

“Expert craftsmanship with advice to save me money on upgrades I plan to do in the near future. Eric could have put in a reducer at the cost of $100 only to remove it and throw it away and replace it when I replaced my threshold tread in the upcoming future, but advised me to use a metal cover that was free rather than have me pay for the rubber reducer twice. It was little things like that that came up throughout our project that I really appreciated. And the workmanship was top notch.“
