From the very first call, Felix was incredibly responsive. He came out quickly to meet with us and brought a whole case of finish samples so we could see exactly how our floors would look before committing. Felix and his crew did a full sand and refinish of our entire first floor. Instead of redoing the original honey oak stain, we went with a natural finish and a water-based polyurethane, so the crew was in and out in just two days. They treated our home with real respect, carefully taping off all our cabinets and even our huge open foyer, which I honestly wasn't sure could be done! We braced ourselves for wear and tear on the walls and baseboards, but they took such care that there was hardly a mark. Clearing everything out of the first floor was a big job, but it was absolutely worth it. Our floors went from dated, dingy, and worn to beautiful, clean, and updated, and our home feels like new again.
