Absolutely amazing experience with 5 Star Flooring Company! From start to finish, the team was professional, hardworking, and incredibly detail-oriented. The installers worked fast but never rushed the quality, and the floors came out beautiful. Fernando and his team did a very nice job on the floors of my home, which needed to be refinished and partially replaced. In addition to the floors looking good, they cleaned up nicely after the process and the pricing that they charged was fair and reasonable.
All of the above get 5 stars. Wilmer just finished a laminate floor in a second floor 10X12 bedroom and all I can say is WOW. He was efficient, professional, courteous and it looked as if he wasn’t even there when he left. Molding taken off the wall and reused without any blemishes whatsoever. New employees should train under him not only for his work ethic and efficiency, but to learn his customer service skills as well. Would hire him again without hesitation. Asked me before and after if I had any questions. From start to finish a pleasure to work with. Thanks Wilmer.
