“I have had multiple infusions at IVX health in Glastonbury. Samantha is absolutely wonderful and I wish I could give her more than five stars. She is caring, compassionate and absolutely willing to help in any way she can to get you through the process of sitting there hooked up to a machine with a needle in your arm. She always has a smile on her face and you can tell that she is genuine in the way she cares about the patients. I was very grateful to find IVX Health in Glastonbury.
I had gone for years to Starling Infusion and it was a nightmare. They were disorganized and they didn't care they had placed the IV in my hand between the bones by my knuckles where it was impinging them.and when I told them it was hurting me they were nasty and said do you want me to remove it? I said of course not when they finally removed it she had stuck it in between the bones of my knuckles and it had left a divot. I had been in pain from 8:30 until 4:30 The nurse at Starling tried to rub my hand to get the divot out of it before I could take a picture of it.. So you can imagine the relief I felt when I found IVX health in Glastonbury and was lucky enough to have such a phenomenal nurse as Samantha assigned to take care of me. Let's face it, getting an infusion isn't the way I'd like to spend my day but IVX health in Glastonbury not only makes it tolerable they make it an experience that you don't have to be fearful of being ignored or treated terribly. You go there and are respected and given top-notch care. I would highly recommend them for any of the infusions or other medical care they offer.“
