I have lower back strain and had severe pain and visited lot of doctors and chiropractors I did not get any relief from my pain but when I visited Dr. Jeff he gave a precise schedule about my treatment plan right now I am at the point of I am pain free and he gave me a right treatment plan to strengthen my core with the correct stretching exercises
