That is exactly what I experienced with Sabita's Holistic Center and Sabita herself.<br><br>When I chose the theme for this year’s Anoushka's Helping Hand Foundation Warrior Mom Brunch, “Unapologetically Whole: Stop Surrendering Your Joy,” I knew I wanted more than a basic vision board activity. I was looking for someone who could bring mindfulness, groundedness, and spiritual intentionality into the room. I did not want women simply cutting and pasting pictures onto boards without deeper reflection or connection.<br><br>What immediately stood out about Sabita was that she called me instead of texting. In a time where people hide behind screens, shortcuts, and surface level communication, she chose human connection first. That mattered to me. In that very first conversation, she truly listened. She heard my heart, my vision, and the purpose behind gathering mothers and caregivers of exceptional children together in a space where they could breathe, feel seen, and release worry for just a few hours.<br><br>By the time we met in person, it felt less like meeting a vendor and more like reconnecting with a sister friend from another lifetime. There was an ease, warmth, and authenticity about her that instantly confirmed she was meant to be part of this event.<br><br>And what she delivered was beautiful.<br><br>She carefully curated the music, imagery, and atmosphere in a way that allowed every woman in the room to connect with something personal and meaningful. The experience became far more than vision boarding. It became a moment of reflection, permission, healing, and joy. Women were reminded that they are allowed to choose themselves too.<br><br>What made the experience so impactful is that Sabita is grounded within herself. Her passion is genuine. Her energy is calming.
