“This is my first time using Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine in Essex. Everyone is super nice! The main reason I chose this group is because they work with you one on one. So many other places I have been to give you exercises to do on your own and then you don't see them. I felt like I was part of the herd. So I would highly recommend this group. At 77 years old and in therapy for a total knee replacement I knew this was the right place for me. You will be happy with this group if you ever need physical therapy. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!“
