All the appointments I have had at the Essex office we great, never any waiting. Everyone is always happy and polite. Dr. Lorenze was great, I had rotator cuff surgery and my recovery was fast and pain free.
Was seen for emergency. Maria and other staff very accomodating, I felt concern and appreciatiom for my sitation. All staff very professional. Clear and complete communication.Dr. Lorenze immediately diagnosed and treated me. Exceptional responsiveness and cimmunication
Dr. Lorenze is an excellent surgeon, has a great heart and bedside manner. I trust him and his capabilities to take care of me. I am going into my second knee surgery with him (he didn't have anything to with either of my knee injuries) because he did such a good job with the first surgery. The recovery time was much quicker than I never expected the first time. I also made a full and complete recovery! Hopefully, the same will be true the second time! I whole heartedly recommend him!
