I had the opportunity to visit this nursing facility because I filled a shift for them through an agency , i must say, I was thoroughly impressed I waited all day to write this review! I visit a lotttt of places and the quality of care provided to the residents here was nothing short of excellent. The staff members were not only professional but also incredibly pleasant and attentive to the needs of the residents.The facility itself was clean housekeepers went out their way to make sure things were well put creating a comfortable and home-like environment. I have worked at Chestelm for many years and it has always been a second family to me! We strive for a high level of professionalism, while maintaining a safe, happy and healthy environment for our residents. New concerns are addressed swiftly. We work hard to accommodate the needs of all of our residents with individualized careplans.

I have worked in this particular building for 10 years all together 6 consistent this time. I started as an aide , and now I’m a nurse everyone was so encouraging and supportive with my transition to nursing. We have issues like any other building but nothing that doesn’t get addressed if it effects the work environment. This is a family owned building and they treat all staff and residents like family. The resident get the best of care from staff. Recreational activities are beyond belief of making the resident feel at home during the holidays and at any time.
