“I am forever grateful to Steve Moran and his PT professionals for how they have helped me to recover from injuries that I feared might lead me down the road to painkillers and surgery, and prevent me from being active. After a painful back injury that left me unable to walk, I was introduced to Crossroads. I had previously seen another PT but that was not helping, and I was growing despondent. On my first visit, Steve identified the injured region of my spine, performed some manipulations that lessened the pain, and gave me hope that he and his staff could help me to get active again without drugs or surgery. It took a while, but, day by day, week by week, I felt stronger as I went to my appointments and did my stretches at home. Each therapist has their own perspective and style, and each one, by doing their work on my body and teaching me how to take better care of my spine, contributed to the strengthening of my spine and an increase in my confidence and well-being. Fast forward a couple of years, and I twisted a knee. It seemed awfully slow to heal and, though braces allowed me to run a little, it didn't seem to get right, and I feared it was a ligament problem. Thinking again that I might be going down the road to medical intervention, I went back to Crossroads to see if they could do anything. The therapists found some tight leg and hip muscles, worked with me and gave me some exercises, and it began to get stronger and less painful within days. If I could afford it I would go every week to get my spine tuned up and learn new exercises to make my body stronger and more flexible. I have had only positive experiences at Crossroads. The facility is clean and well-maintained, the office staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the therapists are top-notch; knowledgeable, positive, and caring. In addition to the typical PT practice, they work with disabled children, and run a therapy program involving horses. I don't know much about that side of the operation, but I bring it up to show that Crossroads is both a successful business and a group of people who make the world a better place.“
