Mizzara SLAYED my goddess locs. I showed her a picture and she gave me exactly what I wanted. Long medium goddess locs with triangle parts (parts ON POINT!). Her hands are blessed. The vibe was A1…music playing and great conversation about what’s happening in the world. Mizzara is a business woman so she’s straightforward and serious about proper hair care. Erica was my stylist. I have not used a different stylist in many years but, I needed a color that was more appropriate for me. I had a short conversation with Erica before my appointment. I brought in photos from magazines and photos of me. SHE HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD! My hair looks better than it has in years! She was a pleasure to work with and I already booked my next appointment! Flawless experience every single time. They are very accommodating to your needs and are good at squeezing you in if you don't have an appointment. This was a change from other places that were sometimes becoming lazy when it comes to haircuts. They do a great job with fades and beard lineups. Everyone is super friendly here as well. I really like that they are working with position and provide high-quality haircuts every single time.

Jean Lion can sometimes be a bit nervous during haircuts, but Mario took the time to connect with him gently, explaining each step and moving at a pace that made Jean feel safe and relaxed. He was never rushed or impatient instead, he showed genuine care and kindness throughout the entire process.
What truly stood out was how attentive Mario was to the little details. He made sure the haircut was neat, stylish, and exactly what we wanted, all while making it a positive experience for my son. Jean even smiled during parts of the haircut, which is a rare and beautiful thing to see.

My mother and I went yesterday to Pro Nails an we had a beautiful experience! The store is clean(smells nice and sanitary in my opinion). The staff is fast, friendly and knowledgeable on their knowledge of nails! We did; upper lip, two eyebrows, two spa pedicures(including foot massage, hot rocks and oil) as well as a full set + Gel polish. It only came up to $196 when is not bad considering how many things we got one for two people.
Nails came out as accurate as it could be to the picture I showed. The two toes was done great and so was the two eyebrows/my mom’s upper lip wax. I highly recommend seeking their services.

It was a very great time getting my hair done by Rosella she welcomed me with no issue after I haven’t had my hair washed or combed in about a year after the death of mother put me in a depression. She took her time and made me feel so comfortable. She gave me a bob and brought my hair back to life and also taught me proper hair care while she was doing my hair. Not only my hair was styled great , she offered a one of a kind customer experience that made me feellike she has been my hairdresser forever thank you Rosella see you in 2 weeks.

My encounter with Dryer Vent Cleaning Services East Hartford, CT was fantastic. Clothes were taking a very long time to dry since our dryer wasn't operating well. On the same day, technician John arrived, checked everything, and discovered a clogged vent. He gave it a full cleaning and even gave advice on how to keep it in good condition to avoid problems in the future. Immediately, the air flow improved! John was courteous, competent, and incredibly knowledgeable about dryer duct cleaning and air conditioner maintenance. Had the guys from PCS come out and give me some solutions to some floor problems I was experiencing...I finally had them polish a small tarazzo floor, it came out amazing!!!..then had my very rough garage floor repaired then done with epoxy..super job..very durable.Everything was protected and cleaned up well!!!..these guys are TOP NOTCH IN THIS FIELD!!!

Simply incredible. From start to finish, from the office manager to the installers, they are top notch. The level of coordination from Joel and Rob is more than I would ever expect. The care and detail that Mike, John, and Chris put into the house was as if it was their own.
We had ~70k worth of work done on the house - about 10 windows, a new door system, new columns and of course siding. The crew has been working together for a while and it shows - they were clean, efficient, and above all else skilled.
However, the service didn't stop there. Once the contract was paid in full they still provided support when there were some small issues with the gutters. Even now, almost 9 months later they have a crew out to fix a little issue. If you go with Steve Czerwinski you wont be disappointed.
I should add that I work with contractors regularly - I am an engineer with very high (I'm sure annoying) standards and desire for detail. They blew me away - and continue to do so still - with their care and level of effort.
Jeff and his crew did an absolutely outstanding job cutting down several trees on our property. They were professional, efficient, and clearly very skilled at what they do. From start to finish, they worked safely, cleaned up thoroughly, and left our yard looking even better than we imagined. I've brought my cats here for about ten years, and and I can't recommend them enough. Dr. Miller and staff (I'm most familiar with Summer, who is wonderful, and everyone we've seen there over the years was great) have always been so kind and compassionate.
Many years ago I had some not great experiences at a different vet with my first cat, but I just thought that was normal and kept taking her to the same place her whole life. When Longfellow came into my life and we started going to CT Feline, the difference in care and service was incredible. Dr. Miller noticed that when his previous owners had him declawed, it left bone shards in his toes that were causing him pain. The operation to remove them was such a relief--you could tell it really improved his quality of life. Evie joined the family later, and everyone at CT Feline has been great at dealing with Evie and Longfellow's very pronounced personalities. As devastating as it was losing Longfellow to cancer, it was comforting knowing he was in such good hands. Evie and I are moving too far away to keep coming to CT Feline, but I hope we're lucky enough to find another place like this!
