Very quick and straight to the point service. Kim’s very fast and efficient. Her technique for haircuts and perms are also nice. Three stars because there’s not much hospitality. When I called the phone was passed to the receptionist with no warning, the receptionist these days has come off a bit rude/dry. Did not sound like they wanted to talk to me and was quite mono-tone/matter-of-factly when I was inquiring about hair treatments suitable and available to me. Please don’t take it out on me if you are not happy with your day or task.
I did men's haircut here. The barber is very professional and she has very good skills. I'm living in Massachusetts and I was driving for 1 hour to get there. But it is absolutely worth it. It's hard to find a barber having strong haircut skills like her. And the price is pretty fair.
It’s a small shop with 6 chairs, run by a single hairdresser, plus one helper who answers the phone and cleans up. She speaks very little English, so it’s best to bring a picture of the hairstyle you want. Women’s haircuts are fine, fairly detailed, and it’s appointment-only so there’s no rush. The prices are cheaper compared to other Asian salons, but that also makes it a bit harder to book an appointment. A small downside is that the shop is a bit dirty, hot.
