From the first phone this experience has been top notch!!! This team was quick to respond, show up and have a plan for water damaged basement. They showed up, assessed and were professional and prompt. The calm and thoughtful planning and attention to detail were noticeable and appreciated. We had a frozen pipe that burst in our main bathroom that caused a massive amount of water damage. K&W came out and handled our mitigation. They were quick and very efficient on resolving the damage! White and Katzman did a great job restoring my basement after I had a huge flood. It was a traumatic time as anyone that has had the experience will know. They swooped in and took over and I felt relieved and supported. They were very professional, respectful, and thorough. With their guidance, my basement looks better than it did before the flood. I was so impressed, I hired them to restore the rest of my home. They gave my home a total makeover and I couldn’t be happier with the service and the outcome.
