I had experienced a frozen pipe in my downstairs bathroom and needless to say everything was destroyed. W&K Restorations response time was unbelievable and had equipment drying everything up in no time! the Project manager who had come out to inspect the situation, was not only professional, but walked me through the steps to take with my insurance carrier which made it much simpler, let's be honest no one wants to deal with insurance!
