Had an issue with slow water drainage so did snake the sewer system . Tyler was polite; listened to my concerns. I truly appreciated that! I don’t give fives but he was close !
I am in the process of painting and updating my 2nd bathroom and I needed to have 2 water valves installed. My contractor did a great job, and I am so pleased with the result. He was courteous and so helpful. I will be contacting Roto-Rooter Plumbing very shortly to have my console sink installed.
They came fast, the guy was nice and knowledgeable. He took care of the problem and seemed very straightforward to work with. I think the overall service was a bit expensive… but they came at 10:00 at night when we called, so a premium is expected.
