Had Mike hook our house up to city water after our well ran dry. Selected him initially because he was the most responsive and personable, but his price ended up coming in far and away the best (beating his nearest competitor by $3000 - and that competitor never came to the house to assess the project but took 6 weeks to get me an estimate). Each time a permitting issue came up with the city, Mike handled it THAT DAY as he is apparently quite well regarded there. He showed up on the day promised and finished the work ahead of time.
