Our family would like to thank Chapel Memorial Funeral Home for the exceptional care and compassion they showed during one of the most difficult times in our lives. From the funeral home to the cemetery, every detail was handled perfectly and beautifully, just as my sister deserved.

Elena and Valerie were incredibly attentive, kind, comforting, and professional throughout the entire process. They made sure everything was taken care of and helped ease our family’s stress and worries. Their compassion and attention to detail truly meant so much to us.

One detail that touched our hearts was that they wore the pink Puerto Rican flower, which matched perfectly with the pink and white funeral flowers. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how much care they put into honoring my sister’s memory.

Everything came together beautifully, and we are forever grateful to Elena, Valerie, and the entire staff at Chapel Memorial Funeral Home for helping us give my sister the beautiful farewell she deserved.

“It goes without saying that when someone you love dies, it’s never an easy time. When our family member passed away, it was our family’s first real death where we had to make the arrangements and handle the 'business' end of things.  We found that that’s the last thing you want do during these times. Stefanie, Richard and all the others were amazing and made this process as easy and stress-free as possible for us.   Their patience and thoughtfulness and support helped us through that difficult time.  A special thank you to Stefanie for giving us the time to say goodbye to our loved one even though it was 1:30 in the morning when she came to take care of him.  Never once did we feel pressured or alone and will be forever grateful.
