Professional, through, friendly, knowledgeable, eye care is what I have received this time, as well as in many other occasions in my visits through out the last 10 years since I know them. Dr. Lertora takes his time and explain the finding, he is excellent, as well is his staff who is very much like him. I would definitely recommend his treatments/services for your eye care. “Great experience with Micah, Dr Rock, Rosa, Tom and the entire crew at Warby Parker. I’ve been going to a local optometrist and haven’t been happy with my result. Warby Parker has streamlined everything making my exam quick and friendly. I went through glasses and ended up with a pair I didn’t set out to get all thanks to Micah’s expert fitting. The entire team in this store is great (I’m sorry I don’t have everyone’s name). The only thing I wish is they weren’t in WestFarms, rather I’d prefer they were in a more convenient location like the Shoppes at Evergreen Walk and had a larger location but kudos for the great service.“
