“Lauren is just magical. She knows what you want and may even direct you away from something that may not be right for you but will still do what you want if you are persistent. She knows what color is best for your hair and she is very knowledgeable to hairstyles best suited for her clients.
I went in as an open book with questions as to what I wanted and came out with something I didn't even realize existed and I feel great with the choice She and I worked together coming to. “Big shoutout to Platinum Salon, especially to Diane who did my hair!
Last week, I went to a different salon to get highlights, and as you can see in the first picture, they messed up my hair. It turned out orange, and the color was much lighter on top and in the front, but darker underneath. I wanted to cry!

Thank goodness my nail tech (who also works at Platinum Salon) told me to book an appointment there. She said they could fix it—and she was right! It was the best choice I could have made. Diane gave me exactly the color I wanted, and I was so happy when I saw the final result. I felt so much better after feeling really down about how my hair looked before.

Being a 14 year old young lady. She's very picky and age appropriately self conscious about her hair. Nonetheless Kim listened and looked at the pictures. Then took her time talking and joking with my daughter the entire time that she was working. She did an amazing job on my daughters hair. My daughter loves her hair, and she's one tough critic.
