She seems very knowledgeable and takes a scientific approach to skincare treatment. She listened to my concerns and proceeded with the facial. After the facial, she let me know some of the products she used and let me know what was available to purchase. This was exactly what I needed, a professional to tell me the proper steps I should be taking for my skincare routine.
