“It’s been a while since I’ve been in for a trim and today was a great experience. My stylist Melissa went above and beyond. My hair has been weighed down and looks greasy when it’s always been very dry . I’ve been trying to figure out what to do for a month . I just want my hair to be “clean” looking and finding the right product was extremely hard . Not only did she do a fantastic job with my trim but she sent me to get a clarifying product to try and help the situation. I immediately went home , used the product and it worked ! Everyone at Platinum is so nice and pleasant to talk with and supportive of each other and their work they do on clients. The whole vibe of the salon is fun, laid back, and bewitching. I look forward to every appointment I have there.Jaclyn is the BEST stylist I've had in my life. She's so friendly and knowledgeable and such a dedicated and hard worker. She will absolutely go that extra mile for her clients and is open with suggestions, but never pushes. I never feel like she's trying to upsell me like they try to do at other salons. She offers multiple choices and makes sure you're comfortable and understand everything. She is so extremely competent in both hair and makeup.
