“We cannot say enough wonderful things about the care our senior dog Grover received at Animal General, especially from Dr. Haley Guhn-Knight.

Dr. Haley was compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly listened to all of our concerns. She always took the time to explain everything in a way we could understand and made sure we felt informed every step of the way. I have honestly never met a veterinarian more invested in their patient. Even during her personal time, she would respond to emails and send us studies and information regarding the infectious disease that unfortunately took Grover’s life.

She also went above and beyond to make Grover comfortable during his exams — getting down on the floor with him, laying out yoga mats and blankets, and treating him with so much kindness and dignity.

Although we ultimately had to say goodbye to Grover, we are so grateful for everything Dr. Haley did for him and for our family during such a difficult time.

They answered all my questions and each time I go back they are all just as professional and friendly as the first time. I received a welcome kit and a beautiful welcome card in the mail from them. We took our dog here and they swiftly brought her back up to speed with a fair price and clear aftercare instructions. They looked out for her like it was one of their own dogs. Couldn't be happier“
