1180 W Ash St, Windsor“My wife and daughter, who is in college, did a women's self-defense class with Matt and it was fantastic. I really liked how he made self-defense relevant for the all different age groups in the class -- there were some moms, middle and high school girls, and college. Was a great experience. Before signing them up I stopped in and watched a few of the kids karate and adult karate classes, and was really impressed. Great focus on not only the martial arts and self-defense, but also the character and discipline aspect. Really loved the "Warriors of Bushido" display they have recognizing kids for respect, integrity, etc.“

2948 Council Tree Ave #137, Fort Collins“Ripple Effect Martial Arts in Fort Collins has provided excellent martial training for my son, in the context of leadership development grounded in respect, over the past 4 years. The lead instructor, Miss Latino, does an awesome job of instilling the importance of developing precision and mastery in the student’s technique, emphasizing practical application of those techniques, at the same time as emphasizing the importance of having fun while striving towards excellence.“

1833 E Harmony Rd Unit 5, Fort Collins“The tai ji class at Kaizen IBBA is everything I was looking for. Sensei Jauch offers a gentle guidance through the movements, demonstrates their martial application, explains the philosophy behind it (Tao) and its interconnectedness with nature, relationships, and everything else in the world.I have been attending the class for a month now and it sparked my curiosity to learn more about qigong and traditional Chinese medicine. It makes me more aware of how much tension I hold throughout my body, if I sit/stand poorly, or if my breathing is relaxed or constricted. This is somewhat difficult to explain, but it also helps me understand my own nature and the benefits I can enjoy when I fully embrace it.I know learning tai ji is a long journey, but right now I am exactly where I need to be. At the beginning. :)“

2649 E Mulberry St A12, Fort Collins“This is THE spot in Northern CO. Hands down, you found it. I've been here about a year, and they're fricken stuck with me. I've never been welcomed into an ohana like the one that is born and bred on the mats of Trials MMA.There's only 1 thing better then a solid workout, and that's when there are amazing people to do it with. You will learn practical, sound principles, and train with people who will respectfully push you to be better than you were yesterday.Professors Steve and Nate have complimentary styles, and you get a solid approach to feel very well rounded grappling, and playing jiu jitsu.I've made a few lifelong friends, and greatly value the wide variety of experience and reasons people are there. You'll train with parents that got into it with their kids, accountants, bodybuilders, pro fighters, weekend warriors - everybody.“
