The tai ji class at Kaizen IBBA is everything I was looking for. Sensei Jauch offers a gentle guidance through the movements, demonstrates their martial application, explains the philosophy behind it (Tao) and its interconnectedness with nature, relationships, and everything else in the world.I have been attending the class for a month now and it sparked my curiosity to learn more about qigong and traditional Chinese medicine. Both of my kids love the Kaizen community and that's what it is: a community of dedicated teachers and staff. My oldest is 5 and still struggling with focus but compared to when we started almost a year ago, he has made huge improvements! The most powerful part of Kaizen is the encouragement from from all of the teachers and staff as well as the positive role models they play in my boys' life. My 2 year old loves his mornings with other littles in playful pandas and minnie monkeys! Mrs. Reichert is AMAZING with the little ones! 10 stars hand down the best karate place in FTCO!

What a gift this Karate studio is! They teach your children not only self defense but skills for life!! This place has proven how much they care and love my son and my family!!! They are wonderful!! 10/10 highly recommended!!!
