Thank you Kaizen team for making me feel more confident and powerful as a young woman who is usually out alone. I just completed my first series of private self defense classes. I never learned out to defend myself or hit growing up. Now I feel confident in what to do and how to move if someone tried to attack me. Plus you make some great friends along the way. I will definitely be returning for reviewing classes and maybe even karate!
I'm a high school senior photographer and I thought that it would be fun and something important to do with my models and their moms. We had a blast and learned a lot! Matt and his son Mason were great to work with!
Matt ran a self defense clinic for me for victims of sexual asault. Best therapy they could have had.
