“I love this place , quality over quantity. If you have the time and money , and your strong minded , this place will build you to be even better ! The coaches are extremely nice and thoughtful. They will give you real advice and with their experiences, they have great technique and training exercises! Joining Muay Thai changed my life , I no longer wanna kill myself . I value who I am , and what I am capable of doing. I encourage people to explore and have a good time ! Thank you for being human , we need places like this in society, also provide more merchandise for your students, I’d like to represent this spot .”

“This is the Tae Kwon Do school that I enrolled my son in. It is also the school that I will put my grandson in.

Yes, our Master Instructor sometimes is hard to understand, which is why there is normally someone nearby to translate as needed.

As to the comment that she is more concerned about cleaning than training... We do a lot of board breaking and do not want our students stepping on the splinters.
We pride ourselves in giving the best possible class and martial arts experience. We use age old training techniques as well as new ones. We also endeavor to teach the whole person, body, mind, and spirit.
Please come and try a free class with us.”
