“We have been with Kaizen for a few months now and let me say; WOW! EVERY member of staff from reception, management, and the coaches are just amazing. Each individual on staff is truly dedicated to building strength, community, and self esteem! My daughter started at Kaizen in February. We enrolled her to help her find her voice, and take back her power. She had a traumatic event occur and Kaizen has been integral for her healing, and our healing as a family. Watching the coaches genuinely care for ALL students is something you dont always have the pleasure of seeing. Kaizen teaches children autonomy, integrity, and community. My daughter has found her voice and has flourished in this dojo. Child safety is one of Kaizen's top priorities. Teaching children and parents body safety, respect, and kindness. My daughter believes in herself and others in a way I never thought she would again after her traumatic incident. Kaizen offers a variety of classes for all ages. Kaizen is a community where all are welcome, and we do look out for one another. Shout-out to Coach Taren, Coach Brandon and Jonah, and Coach O for the love, dedication, and work they put into helping my daughter and her peers.
