“Masters Petersens certainly are masters at prepping and installing floors! Our first attempt at a laminate floor in our basement failed. On their first visit, Master Petersens determined it was not installed properly to begin with. On their second visit after I had torn out the old floor, we also found out that the underlying concrete floor was not prepared properly. MP figured out what to do to mitigate the past problem, properly leveled and smoothed the concrete, then installed a beautiful glue-down floor. See photos. And to top it off - after determining the prep was not quite as extensive as they feared, the final invoice was adjusted down for work that was bid but not required. This is a top-notch business!“
