Masters Petersens certainly are masters at prepping and installing floors! Our first attempt at a laminate floor in our basement failed. On their first visit, Master Petersens determined it was not installed properly to begin with. On their second visit after I had torn out the old floor, we also found out that the underlying concrete floor was not prepared properly. MP figured out what to do to mitigate the past problem, properly leveled and smoothed the concrete, then installed a beautiful glue-down floor. See photos. Masters did two jobs for us in the last 6 months. They were quick and very professional in all aspects of the process. They corrected a glitch from the manufacturer and the installers went above beyond.
This was an amazing experience. I could not be happier with everyone from the designer, project manager and the installers. They kept everything clean. The work is perfect. I will use this company again.
